Owners Ken and Jill Moss own horses so “I think we approach this business a little differently than typical trailer folks,” said Ken. “We don’t try to just ‘sell you what we have’ but rather focus on fitting a trailer to the specific needs of you and your horses. What kind of riding you do? What breeds do you own and how many hands are they? What size blankets do they wear? Will you be trailering alone or with friends?”
Pick up is always welcome or the Kingdom staff can deliver your new trailer right to your door. “In all the thousands of trailers we’ve sold we’ve only met about half of our clients. People find what they like on our website, paperwork can easily be done by email and UPS and the trailer shows up in their driveway a few days later.” If you prefer to come and shop in person they always have hot coffee, cold soda and a warm smile ready to help you find the right trailer.
Service is king at Kingdom Horse Trailers. “Service is everything to us,” said Ken. “We treat people like human beings, not a potential sale. Kingdom is a Christ-centered business and we try to model our customer service after Philippians 2:4 ‘Look not only to your own interests but to the interest of others.’”
In September Kingdom Horse Trailers will be moving to its brand new facility in Fair Hill, Maryland with almost four acres of trailers to shop from and two full service bays. More details to come as the move gets closer!
