Professionals: This is your chance to own a working, fully functional training facility designed by an award winning international dressage trainer and clinician.

The 27-acre farm in Dillsburg, York County, Pa features a main farmhouse with four generous bedrooms, a large In-Law quarters, 3.5 baths, a beautiful fully glassed office, and gorgeous dining room overlooking the stream in the front pasture. A spacious, sunny eat-in kitchen is adjacent to the period family room, with original timber walls, wood plank flooring and a woodstove. The master suite has a sitting area, spacious master bath, wood burning fireplace and views of the gorgeous facility. A landscaped pool is surrounded by paddocks and pastures.

The fully refurbished 15 stall bank barn adjacent to the farmhouse stays cool in summer and warm in winter. There are several oversized foaling stalls, three grooming stalls, and a wash stall with hot and cold water. The barn has rubber mats, numerous screened windows and an abundance of lighting. The gorgeous, well organized tack room has tile flooring, heat, laundry and washing/drying racks.

The 60ftx150ft indoor arena with pure sand footing is mirrored on three sides, lit by bright and economical HD lights and has slanted kickboards for greater rider safety. The outdoor riding arena is 80x200 with a drain in one corner, new level footing and many shade trees and landscaping nearby. The farm also features a round pen with rubber footing and drain.

The 15 paddocks feature horse-safe fencing with top board and electric for added protection. Most paddocks have run-in sheds that were repainted in 2015. A graveled farm roads leads to the paddocks, four of which are stone dust.
